Any level is welcome as long as you are not afraid of movin and groovin while sweating to music such as ( but not limited to ) Classic Hip Hop and R&B, House ,Techno, Swing, New Jack, Latin and Dubstep. These classes incorporate a wide variety of movement and dance styles that will push you mentally and physically while burning off some calories. Classes are limited and slots will require a six week commitment of time. Every six weeks will open the slot positions to new people or renewal. The session cost is $75 per each six week session.
