Before participating in any classes or events with B.A.S.E. Fitness, we need you (or your parent or guardian) to complete our Release/Liability Waiver.

These forms are available in our offices and can be filled out at your first class, but for your convenience there is a PDF version that can be printed out and the completed form can brought to class with you.

    We will be working on: Running, Jumping, Climbing, Quadrupeds, vaults, precisions and balance Drills.
    All workouts will be geared toward BASIC and fundamental core development in order to gain proper muscle memory for the activity and create functional strength.
    Cost is $10.00.

    We are located around the side of the Blue and White building next to Trains Galore and the Window Co.
    Parking is available in the front or at the side of the building.

    Contact us to let us know if you are coming so we can plan ahead for the number of people.

    Bring water and your core training body.

    Description: This is a required class to all new students coming into the B.A.S.E. Parkour Academy programs. This will help you understand the teaching style and expectations of the instructors as well as give the coaches a chance to better support you into proper placement of the regular class schedule. Criteria is basic and appropriate for ages 9 and up.

    Description: Cup,Mouthpiece and Gloves required. Beginner basics for stand up and ground fighting. Learn the basics of the sport to get you started on your journey to the cage.
