Class Info

We offer several types of classes in various forms of instruction, from group classes to individual instruction. For specific info about what we teach, check out our What We Offer page.

Currently, we hold regularly scheduled group classes in parkour. We also regularly offer blocks of classes in TRX & Body Dominance Training. For a look at when our classes occur, check the Class Schedule, or for specific days, check the Calendar.

At this time, we do not have any regularly scheduled dance or martial arts classes. However, we are proud to offer individual instruction in all areas fitness, so please feel free to inquire. Visit our Contact Us page and let us know how we can help you achieve your fitness goals.

  • Instructor Parkour Training

    Intense upper level technique and skills training for Parkour Instructors who want practice time to continue developing there skills outside of regular class times.
  • Basic MMA Class
    Starts: 6:00 PM

    Description: Cup and Mouthpiece required. Beginner basics for stand up and ground fighting. Learn the basics of the sport to get you started on your journey to the cage.   • Beginner Parkour Class

    Description: This class is available to students who have completed the introductory course.
    The beginner class will help anybody new to the idea of Parkour understand the basic fundamentals of movement required to begin practicing the discipline. Feel free to come in and join us every Saturday for an hour of great exercise and clear direction in how to begin your training safely and strengthen progressively.
  • Parkour Training

    Description: Beginner to Advance traceurs. We will be focusing on different elements inside our new facility. Cat Grabs precisions and muscle ups. Be ready to sweat and get strong. Bring water and a positive attitude.

    Time : 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

    We will be working on: Running, Jumping, Climbing, Quadrupeds, vaults, precisions and balance Drills.
    All workouts will be geared toward BASIC and fundamental core development in order to gain proper muscle memory for the activity and create functional strength.
    Cost is $10.00.

    We are located around the side of the Blue and White building next to Trains Galore and the Window Co.
    Parking is available in the front or at the side of the building.
