Running , Jumping, Kicking, Climbing, Focus Pads, Kick Shields, Quadrupeds, precisions Take downs and balancing.
Sweat, Breathe, Sweat , Breathe , drink water and start t…he next round : )
All workouts will be geared toward BASIC and fundamental development in order to gain proper muscle memory for the activity and create functional strength.
Cost is $10.00.
Training starts at 6:00 p.m. SHARP !
